SongGifted and JustOurSong both turn names, memories and inside jokes into a finished song. The difference is in what you know before you pay, how long the song takes, and how much room you have if the first version isn't the one.
This review is published by JustOurSong. Details about SongGifted were checked on its website, song order form and terms and conditions, up to the review and checkout step, in October 2026, along with SongGifted reviews on Trustpilot.

Platform Overview
SongGifted
SongGifted builds a song from an eight-step order form: the occasion and names, your story, a genre, a voice and a mood, the production package, the song length and delivery speed, extras, then your email and checkout. Standard delivery takes four days, with paid rush options down to the next day, and the song arrives as an MP3 with printable lyrics and a private player.
JustOurSong
JustOurSong keeps the order simple: a short guide about who the song is for, the occasion, the genre, the vocalist, the vibe and your memories, then a free preview before you pay. Each song is written from scratch in their language, with lyrics never reused, in many genres like country, soul, Latin pop, jazz and others, and mastered to sound like it belongs on the radio. The finished song arrives by email as a link to a private song page, where you can play it, share it and download the high-quality MP3 and the lyrics, in as little as 30 minutes with express delivery.

Hear It Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you share your story, and a few minutes later you're listening to a free preview of your own song: their name, your memories, the genre you picked. You pay only once you've heard it.
SongGifted has no preview of your own song. Its order form takes you through your story, the sound, the package, the length and the delivery speed, then straight to checkout. Its pricier Signature Studio package lets you choose between two representative demos before final production, but only once you've ordered.
If you want to hear their name in the song before you spend a thing, JustOurSong is the one to choose.
Can You Get a Refund From SongGifted?
No. Its terms and conditions say it doesn't offer refunds and all sales are final. What it offers instead is one free remake if you ask within 24 hours of delivery, using the same story and core lyrics with minor lyric changes and a refreshed vibe or production. A new story, a substantially different brief or more rounds aren't included, and extra revisions are paid.
JustOurSong's guarantee runs for 30 days. If you're not happy, one email gets you a full refund. With JustOurSong, minor or major changes to the lyrics or the music are covered by a free redo.
If the gift is weeks away, JustOurSong gives you the most room to be sure.
What You Can Shape Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you choose:
- The genre: many to choose from, like country, classic rock, alt rock, soul, jazz, indie pop, Christian, a cinematic ballad, bachata, mariachi and others
- The language: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and many more
- The vocalist and the vibe: upbeat and happy, soulful and deep, romantic, funny, or epic and powerful
- The details: nicknames, inside jokes, the first apartment, the song from the kitchen
SongGifted's order form has no language step, so its songs are written in English only. Its genre list covers country, pop, rock, R&B and soul, folk, Christian, jazz and hip-hop, with no reggae and no Latin style like bachata or mariachi.
If the song is for a family that speaks Spanish at home, or it should sound like a bachata, JustOurSong is the stronger pick.
How It Sounds When You Press Play
Every JustOurSong song gets:

SongGifted's standard delivery takes four days, and getting a song the next day is a paid rush. With JustOurSong's express delivery, the finished song is ready in 30 minutes.
If the big day is close, JustOurSong is the one that gets you there.
