Timeless Song and JustOurSong both promise the kind of song that brings out happy tears. The difference is everything around the song: whether you hear it before you pay, what the checkout adds to your order, what you get to keep, and what you can do if the song isn't the one.

Platform Overview
Timeless Song
Timeless Song builds a song from a seven-step quiz: who it's for, the occasion, up to five themes like faith or gratitude, a style and a tempo, a male or female voice, your favorite thing about them and your story, with your email address along the way. Checkout comes next, and the song arrives in 7 days, or in 24 hours with paid Priority Delivery, on a private streaming page with cover art and lyrics.
JustOurSong
JustOurSong sells a song, not a membership: after a short guide covering who it's for, the occasion, the genre, the vocalist, the vibe and your memories, JustOurSong plays you a free preview before you pay. Every song is written from scratch with lyrics never reused, in many genres like country, classic rock, jazz, bachata and others, and in their language, then mastered to sound like it belongs on the radio. The finished song comes by email as a link to a private song page where you can play it, share it and download the high-quality MP3 and the lyrics, with no extra email needed, in as little as 30 minutes with express delivery.

Hear It Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you share your story, and a few minutes later you're listening to a free preview of your own song: their name, your memories, the genre you picked. You pay only once you've heard it.
Timeless Song has no preview of your own song. Its quiz ends with your story and a Create My Song button that takes you to checkout, and the song is made after you've paid. The songs on its site were made for other people.
If you want to hear their name in the song before you spend a thing, JustOurSong is the one to choose.
What to Watch for at Timeless Song's Checkout
Timeless Song's checkout page puts a membership called All Access under your song: a keepsake page, a YouTube video, member discounts and monthly surprises. Its main button includes it, free for 14 days and then renewing monthly until you cancel. To pay for the song alone, you pick the smaller link below.
The same page shows a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its terms of service are stricter: because songs are custom and digital, all sales are generally final once work has begun or the song is delivered, refunds are at its sole discretion, and add-ons and priority delivery are non-refundable once bought.
JustOurSong's guarantee runs for 30 days. If you're not happy, one email gets you a full refund. JustOurSong's free redo covers minor or major changes to the lyrics or the music.
If you'd rather know exactly what you're paying for, and keep 30 days to change your mind, JustOurSong is the safer pick.
What You Can Shape Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you choose:
- The genre: many to choose from, like country, classic rock, alt rock, soul, jazz, indie pop, Christian, a cinematic ballad, bachata, mariachi and others
- The language: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and many more
- The vocalist and the vibe: upbeat and happy, soulful and deep, romantic, funny, or epic and powerful
- The details: nicknames, inside jokes, the first apartment, the song from the kitchen
Timeless Song's quiz offers nine styles: worship, gospel, contemporary, acoustic, country, R&B/soul, pop ballad, cinematic and lullaby. Its FAQ mentions rock, but the quiz has no rock, jazz, rap or Latin style, and no language step, so its songs are written in English only.
If the song should sound like classic rock, jazz or a bachata, or it's for a family that speaks Spanish at home, JustOurSong is the stronger pick.
