The Short Version
BeatJar can suit you if you want a quick song in one of its styles and you're sure you'll love it the moment it lands. JustOurSong is the choice when you want more genres and occasions, a song in their language, and 30 days to be sure.
Key takeaways
- Before you pay: both play you a preview. With JustOurSong you also shape more of the song first: many more genres, like country, soul, indie pop, bachata, cinematic ballads and others, and occasions like a proposal or Christmas.
- How it's made: JustOurSong writes every song from scratch, gives it a studio-grade quality check and masters it to radio standard. Lyrics are never reused.
- After delivery: JustOurSong's free redo lets you change the lyrics or the music, a little or a lot, and its 30-day money-back guarantee still applies. To make a moment of it, JustOurSong offers a gift page add-on that presents the song like a wrapped present, and a YouTube video anyone can play in one tap. BeatJar's terms say sales are generally final once the song is delivered and downloaded.
Platform Overview
BeatJar
BeatJar writes a song from a short order form: who it's for, the occasion, a genre, a style and a voice, then your story. It shows you the lyrics and plays a preview before checkout, and standard delivery is 24 hours.
JustOurSong
JustOurSong builds each song from a short guide: who it's for, the occasion, the genre, the vocalist, the vibe and the memories to put into words. Every song is then written from scratch, with lyrics that are never reused, in many genres, like country, soul, indie pop, bachata, cinematic ballads and others, and mastered to sound like it belongs on the radio. JustOurSong plays a free preview before you pay, and the finished song comes by email as a link to a private song page, where you can play it, share it and download the high-quality MP3 and the lyrics, in as little as 30 minutes with express delivery.
