Songs With You and JustOurSong both turn your stories into a song for someone you love. Where they part ways is everything around the song: whether you hear it before you pay, how long you wait, what a change costs, and what happens if it isn't the song you hoped for.
This review is published by JustOurSong. Details about Songs With You were checked on its website, FAQ, artists page, song edit options and terms of service, and through its song submission form to the final step, in October 2026, along with Songs With You reviews on Trustpilot.

Platform Overview
Songs With You
Songs With You matches your order with one of its musicians. A long submission form asks who the song is for, the occasion, the vibe, the song style, their favourite music and the memories that matter, and its last step says your timeline begins once it has all the details and your payment. Standard delivery is within 7 days, with paid rush options of 4 days or 2 days, and the song arrives as an MP3 with a private streaming link.
JustOurSong
JustOurSong keeps the hard part short: a simple guide that takes a few minutes, asking who the song is for, the occasion, the genre, the vocalist, the vibe and the memories that matter. Each song is written from scratch, with lyrics never reused, in many genres like country, Christian, jazz, bachata and others, and mastered to sound like it belongs on the radio. JustOurSong plays you a free preview before you pay, and the finished song arrives by email as a link to a private song page, where you can play it, share it and download the high-quality MP3 and the lyrics, in as little as 30 minutes with express delivery, not days.

Hear It Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you share your story, and a few minutes later you're listening to a free preview of your own song: their name, your memories, the genre you picked. You pay only once you've heard it.
Songs With You has no preview of your own song. You pay and submit your story, and its FAQ says the artist usually writes, records and mixes the song in one session, with no back-and-forth feedback along the way. The samples on its site were made for other people.
If you'd rather hear their name sung before you spend anything, JustOurSong is the safer pick.
Can You Get a Refund From Songs With You?
Only in the first 24 hours after you order. Its terms of service say that after 24 hours all sales are final, because the artist has already started. Once the song arrives, it will fix an artist's mistake for free if you report it within 24 hours, but simply not liking the song or the melody isn't a reason for a refund. For that, it offers a paid edit, revision or redo, and changes must be sent within 3 days of delivery.
JustOurSong's guarantee runs for 30 days. If you change your mind, a single email gets you a full refund. JustOurSong includes a free redo for minor or major changes to the words or the music.
If the occasion is still a while off, JustOurSong is the safer way to buy now.
What You Can Shape Before You Pay
With JustOurSong you choose:
- The genre: many to choose from, like country, classic rock, alt rock, soul, jazz, indie pop, Christian, a cinematic ballad, bachata, mariachi and others
- The vocalist and the vibe: upbeat and happy, soulful and deep, romantic, funny, or epic and powerful
- The occasion: a birthday, anniversary, proposal, wedding, graduation, apology, Christmas, New Year, a song in memory of someone, just because, or any moment you describe in your own words
- The details: nicknames, inside jokes, the first flat, the song from the kitchen
Songs With You's submission form offers six song styles, R&B/soul, singer-songwriter, rock, pop, country and blues, and indie, or you can let the musician choose, plus a love collection with a few set styles. There's no Christian, jazz or reggae style, and no Latin style like bachata.
If the song should be a worship song, a jazz standard or a bachata, JustOurSong is the stronger pick.
